Dr. Percey Veer fondly recalls his many years past when he lived in Scotland and he's always delighted to return to visit his grandaughter and her waggytailwoofer, Blossom and friends who live along the Solway coast in the south of Scotland.
Dumfries was the first place he lived upon his return to the UK on the first day of COVID lockdown, the 21st of March 2020 after living in the far east for more than 20 years.
Early in 2024, he visited Inverness where he lived in the early 1980s. He also lived and worked in the Highlands where he worked with a commercial cleaning company as a telephone kiosk cleaner covering every phone-box in the Highlands and Islands. The job took him to almost every inner and outer Hebridean Island every month, summer and winter... This will take-up a couple of chapters of his book which he aims to publish in 2025... Stay tuned!
